Cyanotype Workshop at The Wayback

Thursday, June TK | 9 am

$55.00

In this two-hour workshop, we'll spend the first half learning the ins and outs of cyanotypes (sun prints) and the second half going for a dip in the saltwater pool at The Wayback. Cyanotypes are a type of alternative photographic process which uses special coated paper and sunlight to create a one-of-a-kind image. Never tried it before? No worries, beginners are welcome!

After using natural elements like leaves and flowers to create our art, we'll hang it to dry. During this time, participants are encouraged to order a drink and spend some time lounging by the pool or going for a swim.

This workshop is the perfect opportunity to spend a peaceful morning trying something new while soaking in some vitamin D. Class size is kept small and capped at eight—reserve your spot soon!

What to bring: a bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen

Time: 9 am - 11 am

Location: 9601 Bee Caves Road, Austin, TX
